The Search Engine Optimization is a "natural" services in that we optimize content on your website and establish link trading with other websites. We do not purchase search engine ad space. Sound simple? Well for us it is.
With our SEO service we include SEO Copywriting whereby we will make suggestions for changes to your website to develop the proper balance of keyword rich content and information necessary to increase your website conversions.
Search Engine Submission is based on website descriptions and specific sets of words people might search for. We call these "search phrases". Some companies will offer 50 search phrases, but we've found that you should select about 15 for your site. If you have a hard time coming up with 15 phrases, we can create a list for you. Those phrases are threaded through your website, which is then submitted to over 25 major search engines (and any others that you request). Also, we tweak your Meta Tag and a few other HTML tags to match.
With any of our ongoing SEO services we provide monthly reporting of your web pages vs. the phrases chosen. The report shows your ranked
progress in the major search engines. We use these reports to continually make modifications to your site and increase your visibility in that Internet haystack.

You could spend the time and do it yourself manually, or we could do it for you. For us, it's an easy process and we understand it. As a one time service, we will first examine and optimize the HTML codes on your site to insure the best results. Then we submit your web site to a few dozen popular search engines. This service simply announces that your web site exists. Guaranteed SEO 6 Month Term:
If we do not produce results (for new websites we guarantee top 40 rankings or better for some, but not all keywords) based on your previous rankings in any of the Major Search Engines (Google, MSN) after the initial 6 month service, we will first extend the service 3 months. If said results are not provided after this period (nine months total), we will offer 3 more months service or a 20% refund of all fees paid for this service, at our discretion. As some sites will take longer to rank we reserve the right to offer extended services rather than provide a monetary reimbursement.

Guaranteed SEO 1 Year Term:
If we do not produce results (for new websites we guarantee top 30 rankings or better for some, but not all keywords) based on your previous ranking in any of the Major Search Engines (Google, MSN) after 9 months of the initial 12 month service, then we will offer a refund of 50% of all fees paid for this service. As some sites will take longer to rank we reserve the right to offer extended services rather than provide a monetary reimbursement at our discretion. If after 12 months of service there is no improvement in your rankings and there had never been an improvement in any of the search engines from the start of the campaign, we will provide a monetary reimbursement of 50% of all SEO service fees paid..
