This section of our web site is set up to help you choose your design template and colors. If you don't like something, just tell us. We're flexible, and Maria loves to design new web sites for customers.

Typically we do not charge to create new design ideas, as long as you also allow us to include your custom design into our template gallery. Otherwise there may be an extra charge for the custom design.

And then there are ways to make your web designer happy.

As you get to know us, you will find that we ARE a very happy bunch of people to work with. The owners of the company bring many years of experience to the business, with backgrounds ranging from legal to personal service industries. What we have learned is that no matter what business you are in, it's better to be lighthearted than strict.

So that said, know that we will work very hard to come up with a design for a web site that works best for your store, and makes you happy. Now, we will not pretend to be jewelry designers if you promise not pretend to be web designers.

Maria, our designer, occasionally gets a big head regarding her designs. Hopefully her ego will not get too big by sharing some situations with you. There have been more than a fair share of times when Maria takes a customer request, makes it, but also makes something totally different that better matches the store look. When presented, the customer said "no I want this other one I requested," but then asks for a dozen or more design changes. Ultimately, the customer came back and said "sorry Maria, you were right, I like what you did." Maria now calls this situation her "Diamonds Clause." Meaning that if she makes a suggestion to you, you should think about it seriously, because if you drive her nuts with changes and then ultimately come back and say she was right to begin with, she will not want money for her time, she will want DIAMONDS!
